MyMemberStores ("we," "us," or "our") operates the MyMemberStores AI Life and AI Business mobile applications (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the information you authorize those services to share.

Business Information (AI Business App): Merchant name, store address, phone number, and business configuration settings.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Apps, including features used, orders placed, and AI interactions.

Voice Data: When you use voice ordering or AI chat features, audio is processed by our servers and third-party speech recognition providers (OpenAI Whisper, ElevenLabs). Audio is not stored after transcription.

Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full card numbers. We receive transaction confirmations and amounts.

Provide, operate, and maintain our Apps and services
Process orders and payments
Send transactional notifications (order confirmations, invoices)
Improve and personalize the AI features

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service Providers: Stripe, PayPal, Twilio, SendBlue, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Cloudflare — solely to provide our services
Business Partners: Merchant stores you transact with through the platform

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The AI Business App offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and transaction data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
